About Us
The authors of this book, Bella Bleicher and Lavi Sigman, are not strangers to the world of motivation and emotional health. With an MBA from The University of Derby, United Kingdom, Bella is co-author of "Think Like a Zebra", a method used to train employees to think freely and creatively. A lawyer by trade, Lavi Sigman is co-owner of “The Diamond Perspective”, which uses cognitive psychology to assist both adults and children in overcoming emotional difficulties. |

Bella Bleicher is a coach, trainer, consultant, and facilitator for entrepreneurs in various fields of management. She holds a degree in education and an MBA from the University of Derby, United Kingdom. Bella is co-founder and co-owner of "Think like a zebra", an international training method that fosters creative thinking in the workplace. This method is being used in various countries in Europe, Asia and America. It is also being used successfully in educational settings for children and youth. Bella also co-founded and co-authored "Strength in Entrepreneurship", and co-authored the book "Wolves, Fairies and Business People" which shares practical techniques for increasing self-management and motivation.
Lavi Sigman
Lavi Sigman Esq. holds degrees in psychology, law and organizational consultancy from the University of Haifa, with honors. Lavi is a lawyer specializing in technological entrepreneurship. He is a high-tech entrepreneur, and a partner in web-based medical start-up ventures. Lavi is also the co-founder and a co-owner of “The Diamond Perspective”, a training method based on cognitive psychology that teaches coping skills to overcome emotional difficulties. A Children’s version, “Shanghai Diamonds and the Wisdom Road” was also published to assist youth with similar struggles. Lavi is also an experienced coach, business trainer, strategic consultant, and a mentor. He regularly leads workshops about motivation and emotional management.
